Social Phenology Study

Geologists have determined that our planet now exists in an era of Earth’s history known as the Anthropocene, determined by the fact that our planet’s geologic features are now fundamentally altered by human activities.

Refugium for a Post-Anthropocenic World offers the safe space it holds to the public for you to make use of in any way you see fit for the living and nonliving things you wish to protect for the remainder of the present geologic era.

Modular and scalable in form, the refugium may exist simultaneously in multiple locations both inside and outside the gallery and may be added to by anyone at will, including in your own home.
